As a Certified Respiratory Therapist, Alice  brings valuable healthcare experience and an understanding of the importance of attentive, individualized care. She oversees caregiver coordination, scheduling, client and family communication, and the overall delivery of our home care services.

Alice is passionate about creating a supportive experience for clients and their families and helping individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in the place they call home.

Ines Uwineza , RN, brings professional nursing experience and a passion for compassionate, person-centered care to Kind Care LLC.

As Director of Care Services,Ines focuses on care quality, caregiver education and support, client needs, and safety within the scope of our non-medical home care services. Her nursing background provides valuable healthcare knowledge as our team works to support clients and their families.

Ines  is committed to treating every client with dignity, respect, compassion, and kindness while helping families feel confident in the care their loved ones receive.
