Kay's Kind Care LLC is a nonmedical home care agency committed to delivering quality in-home support, understanding the challenges individuals face when they require assistance with daily living. Our mission is to step in with the kind and competent care they truly deserve, provided by our experienced home caregivers. 

We proudly serve six counties in Central Pennsylvania:

Lancaster, Lebanon, York, Dauphin, Berks, and Chester

To make care accessible, we are approved to provide services through the following programs and payment options:

• ACT 150 – Personal Assistance Services (PAS)

• OBRA Waiver Services

• Community Health Choices (CHC)

Enrolled as an HCBS Medicaid Provider; currently on MCO contracting waitlists

• VA Optum Network – In‑Home Care for Veterans

• Private Pay
